Shipping Cost and Delivery Time

Shipping rates depend on quantity, destination, and preferred shipping speed.  Typically, DVD orders will ship two to three business days after the order was placed. Bulk orders may take up to five business days from the order date to ship.

If there is more than one option, you will be able to select the speed of your order’s arrival during checkout. We offer standard, expedited, and priority shipping speeds for most orders You will see the estimated delivery date and shipping price for each option when placing your order.

Carriers

Packages ship with one of these available carriers:

• UPS
• USPS
• FedEx
• OnTrac (U.S. only)
• iParcel (International only)
• SurePost
• DHL 

While we cannot select a specific carrier for your order, we remain committed to sending your order with the carrier that will deliver your order on or before the estimated delivery date. 

Has my order shipped?

You can view your order details, check on the status of your order, and track your order by following the directions below:

1. Log in to your Member Account using your e-mail address and password
2. From your Member Dashboard, click “View My Purchases” located in the left navigation column
3. To track a package, click on the tracking number once the order is shipped and you will be redirected to the USPS, UPS, FedEx, SurePost, OnTrac (U.S. only), iParcel (International only), or DHL website tracking pages

If you are inquiring about an Amazon.com order for your DVD, please contact Amazon.com Customer Service directly 24-hours a day, seven days a week by clicking “Contact Us” from any Amazon.com Help page (www.amazon.com/help).

DVD Return Policy

The DVDs sold by E/B Productions are manufactured and shipped by CreateSpace- an Amazon company.  CreateSpace stands behind the quality of their products and services, offering a satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a DVD, CreateSpace will correct any defects or refund the amount you paid to us if they are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

To request a replacement or refund for your order, contact Member Support within 60 days of the date the units are delivered to you.

DVD Replacement

You can request a replacement DVD within 60 days of the order ship date for either of the following two reasons:

  • We sent you the wrong item
  • The item you received is defective (including damaged in transit or disc compatibility issue)

Once you contact Member Support, we will send a replacement, along with a postage-paid mailing envelope for return of the wrong or defective item. Please be sure to provide the order number, a detailed description of any defect, including the number of affected DVDs, and pictures of any defect.

DVD Refunds

To receive a refund for your DVD order, you must return all defective copies to us. Once you contact Member Support, we will arrange for the shipping of the returned units and issue a refund once we receive them.
